SMS Terms
Permission, support, and opt-out information for Vyriva project messages.
Effective October 16, 2026
Vyriva project texts support construction coordination. A phone number alone is not permission to text. Reply STOP to stop a project message stream or HELP for assistance.
1. Project messaging
When messaging is enabled and the required permission exists, Vyriva may send project-related messages on a customer's behalf, including readiness questions, RFI and submittal follow-ups, schedule updates, and project replies. Some messages may be AI-assisted. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
2. Permission and scope
The customer must explain the sender, project, purpose, expected frequency, possible charges, and opt-out method before collecting permission. Permission must cover the relevant program and be retained as evidence. Do not use purchased lists, repurpose consent, or treat an import as consent. A website inquiry or product-email checkbox does not enroll anyone in SMS.
3. Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop that project message stream. Reply HELP, contact the project administrator, email bhav@vyriva.com, or use Your Privacy Choices for assistance. Tell the project administrator if your number changes or is reassigned.
4. Messaging privacy
We do not sell or disclose mobile numbers or SMS consent records for other businesses' advertising. Messaging providers, carriers, and the authorized project team may process information needed to operate the message stream. Records may be retained for project history, suppression, legal requirements, and disputes.
5. Program limits
SMS can be delayed or fail. Use established emergency and contractual-notice procedures for urgent or formal matters. Customers must complete required carrier registration and acceptance before live outreach. Publishing these terms does not register or approve a messaging campaign.
