Privacy Policy
How Vyriva handles personal information on our website and in our construction project service.
Effective October 16, 2026
Vyriva uses information to answer your requests and support project operations. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Who this policy covers
Vyriva is operated by Dovanix, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Vyriva", "we", "us"). We provide this website and a construction project operations service for business users. Contact us at bhav@vyriva.com. This policy covers visitors, people who contact us, account users, and project contacts whose information is handled through the service.
For website inquiries, account administration, and our own business records, Vyriva determines how information is used. For project information provided by a business customer, we generally act on that customer's instructions. The customer's own privacy notice and any signed data-processing agreement also apply. Ask your project administrator about their use of your information; you can also contact us for help routing a request.
2. Information we collect and why
We process inquiry details; account identifiers, roles, authentication records, and password hashes; authorized project contacts, documents, schedules, RFIs, submittals, tasks, meetings, issues, and enabled financial records; project messages, delivery events, phone numbers, and consent records; technical and security request information; and privacy-request records.
We use that information to answer inquiries, authenticate users, control workspace access, provide project operations, process documents, coordinate authorized messages, protect the service, diagnose failures, and respond to privacy requests. Required form fields are marked. You can browse public pages without an account. Do not submit passwords, government IDs, payment-card details, health records, or unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry or AI prompt.
3. AI and connected services
When you use Ask Vyriva, your question and selected project context are sent to the AI processing services configured for Vyriva through a server-side gateway. Document extraction may also use an AI provider when enabled. These services process submitted content to produce answers or extracted records. AI answers can contain errors and require human review.
Provider retention, processing locations, and other data-handling terms depend on the configured provider and applicable agreement. Contact us before submitting information subject to confidentiality, residency, or other special restrictions. Connections such as Microsoft file services and Sage operate only when configured and authorized. Removing a connection does not automatically erase records already imported into a project.
4. Who receives information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not provide mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent records to other businesses for their marketing, promotion, or unrelated purposes.
- Authorized people in the customer's organization or project, according to workspace access and the relevant workflow.
- Service providers supporting hosting, storage, AI processing, security, communications, and inquiry delivery.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other recipients where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or handle a restricted corporate transaction.
5. Retention and security
We retain information according to its purpose: the customer relationship or project, customer instructions and retention terms, unresolved inquiries or privacy requests, and applicable legal, security, and dispute needs. Consent and suppression records may be retained so an opt-out remains effective. Provider and backup copies follow the relevant retention and deletion process; deletion is not necessarily immediate.
We use access controls, protected sign-in sessions, server-side service credentials, and other reasonable safeguards. No service can guarantee absolute security. Vyriva and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Availability of a feature is not a promise of a particular data location.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
Use Your Privacy Choices or email bhav@vyriva.com to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or an available opt-out. You do not need a Vyriva account. Include enough context to locate the relevant account or project, but do not send identity documents or passwords through the form.
Applicable law may provide additional rights. An authorized representative may submit a request, subject to verification. We may verify identity proportionately and coordinate with the customer controlling project records. Rights have legal exceptions; we will explain a refusal and available appeal process. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
Product-update emails are optional. Unsubscribe using the message mechanism or Your Privacy Choices. The website contact form does not enroll you in project SMS. Reply STOP to a project text to stop that message stream.
7. Cookies and tracking choices
Vyriva uses necessary sign-in cookies and does not install advertising, cross-site tracking, or optional analytics tools. Browser privacy signals do not disable necessary authentication or security. We will reassess notice and consent requirements before adding optional tracking.
8. Business users and children
Vyriva is intended for adults acting in a business capacity, not children. We do not knowingly solicit information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
9. Changes and contact
This policy is effective October 16, 2026. We will update its effective date when it changes and provide additional notice where required. For privacy questions, contact bhav@vyriva.com or use Your Privacy Choices. Earlier published text is retained in our release history.
