Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect project teams, their information, and the Vyriva service.

Use Vyriva for authorized construction work, with human review and respect for people's information and communication choices.
Use only authorized information and access
Access only permitted projects, accounts, files, and integrations. Do not evade permissions or disclose another customer's information. Keep credentials and service secrets out of documents, prompts, and public links. Do not upload unnecessary regulated sensitive data. Provide information you have the right to use and respect confidentiality, copyright, employment privacy, and recording-consent requirements.
Respect communication choices
Send messages only within documented permission. Do not send spam, harassment, threats, deceptive or discriminatory messages; purchase or scrape phone lists; misrepresent the sender; or bypass opt-outs. Honor quiet hours, frequency limits, and reassigned-number reports.
Review AI and project actions
Verify material facts, source records, recipients, and permissions before relying on generated text or approving actions. Do not use AI for final safety, engineering, legal, medical, employment, credit, insurance, or other consequential decisions about a person, or present an AI suggestion as professional certification or an authorized contractual change.
Protect the service
Do not introduce malware, probe other users' records, bypass rate limits, interfere with service availability, or attempt to extract credentials or protected instructions. Report suspected vulnerabilities to bhav@vyriva.com while avoiding access to unrelated information.
Questions and enforcement
We may investigate abuse and limit access as described in the Terms and applicable customer agreement. Report concerns with the minimum details needed for investigation.
