Customer Data Processing

How to arrange contractual protections for customer project data.

Effective October 16, 2026

The Privacy Policy explains practices. A customer data-processing agreement sets processing instructions and obligations for a specific engagement.

Customer and Vyriva responsibilities

Vyriva is operated by Dovanix, Inc. The customer generally determines which participants, documents, records, and connections are included and why. The customer is responsible for authority, notices, consents, access decisions, and lawful instructions. Vyriva processes project information to provide the agreed service and separately handles its own account, inquiry, security, and administration information.

Request an agreement before restricted processing

Contact bhav@vyriva.com to arrange a data-processing agreement and provider schedule before use where a processor contract is required. The agreement should identify legal entities, permitted purposes and data, security and confidentiality obligations, provider terms, request assistance, incident cooperation, retention, deletion, and required transfer arrangements. This page alone does not execute an agreement or certify compliance.

Requests, export, and deletion

Users and project contacts can use Your Privacy Choices without signing in. We assess verification, identify the customer responsible for project records where needed, and coordinate an authorized response. A submission does not automatically delete shared records or another person's information. Contractual and legally required retention, suppression, and backup handling must be considered.

International or regulated deployments

Tell us before enabling a deployment involving EU, UK, or other international personal data, or residency, government, health, or other special restrictions. Required contracts, transfer mechanisms, provider approval, and operational controls must be established first.
